We take great care to ensure every shawl meets our quality standards. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

In line with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC):

If your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided for items confirmed to be faulty.
